Tirelli's started out in 2016 as a wine shop with delicacies from the Tuscia. The bottles are still on the wall – and in your glass next to the pasta.

Olio extra vergine

From Vetralla, right next to Viterbo: the Delle Monache family has been pressing oil here for generations, from their groves on volcanic soil. The organic oil Tamìa has won awards in New York and Los Angeles.

Founder Marco Tirelli brought it to Germany – back then as the only retailer in the country, with tastings right in the shop.
