Il manifesto

Be Roman,
not Italian.

Lots of people cook Italian. The Tirellis are guys from Roma Nord, the strip between Rome and Viterbo. With them you eat, talk and argue the Roman way, ideally about the derby.

La Storia

In 2016 Marco Tirelli from Viterbo opened a small enoteca on Kreuzbergstraße: wine, olive oil, delicacies from the Tuscia. Today Alessandro Messuti runs the place, the man with the tattoos, the motorbike and Fred, the bulldog. And people mostly come for the pasta.

“È un po' come accogliere degli amici a casa mia.”
It’s a bit like welcoming friends into my home. – Marco Tirelli, 2017

Il derby · Roma Nord

A tavola er derby nun esiste.

At the table there's no derby. Giallorossi and Biancocelesti hang side by side here, and in the middle the one everyone can agree on.
